John Hackett
John has been working in the healthcare product sector since 1994, covering OTC medicines, food supplements and medical devices. He has extensive management experience across a number of disciplines including new product development, production, project management, sales, procurement and sourcing. John has been with IVC Brunel since 2008 and has overall management responsibility for the company.

Rob Haytack
Rob has been working within the healthcare industry in various commercially focused roles since 2002. Rob has supported a variety of Europe’s leading retail chains and global consumer brands with the launch, development and delivery of their VMS and OTC ranges. Rob oversees our Sales, Business Development and Procurement functions.
Operations Director
Mat Woodings
Mat has 30+ year’s operational experience and oversees all operational tasks across IVC Brunel sites. Mat’s responsibilities include overseeing Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain & Planning, HR and Health & Safety.
OTC Director
Richard Fielding
Richard brings over 20 years’ experience within the OTC sector to IVC Brunel. Responsible for our portfolio of OTC licenses and their supply chain, Richard brings a highly driven approach to expanding our portfolio and the ongoing development of our global supply chain.
Head of Sales & Marketing
Caroline Brackenbury
Caroline has worked at IVC Brunel Healthcare since 2012, working within a number of commercial roles and across a wide variety of retailers and brands. With previous experience in the food industry, Caroline has wide experience of supporting retailers on NPD, category management and development of their VMS and OTC ranges.

Tom Hatton
Tom has been with IVC Brunel Healthcare since 2008, working within a variety of commercial roles across major retailers and brand owners both domestically and internationally. During this time Tom has assisted leading retail chains and brands with the development of both existing and new ranges as well as innovative NPD.
Head of Procurement
Matt Trotter
During his 25+ year Procurement career, Matt has held strategic sourcing and Procurement leadership positions across a variety of industries including Skin Care, Cleaning & Hygiene, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Distribution.
With experience in sourcing both Direct materials and Indirect services, Matt is responsible for IVC Brunel Healthcare’s supplier relationships to ensure the optimisation of cost, quality and service, whilst mitigating supply risk.

Rebecca Taylor
Rebecca has worked at IVC Brunel Healthcare since 1998. After initially spending 16 years in the Quality Department, Rebecca moved into our Technical Team where she puts her in depth knowledge to good use by managing customer’s technical needs.

Rebecca Duggins
As Business Development & Innovation Manager, Rebecca overseas our innovation pipeline, chairs the IVC Global Innovation Team meetings, and plays a pivotal role in the development of new products that align with market trends and consumer needs. Rebecca has been with the company since 2014, building a wealth of experience in business development, category management and account management. She has spearheaded the growth and innovation of product ranges in collaboration with leading retail chains and brands.
Customer Service Manager
Beth Pearson
Beth joined IVC Brunel in 2024 as Customer Service Manager. With over 10 years of experience in various customer focused and improvement roles, Beth strives to ensure that customer satisfaction remains a key focus throughout IVC Brunel.
Head of Supply Chain
Ashley Cooke
Ashley joined IVC Brunel Healthcare in 2021 and leads the business’ Supply Chain function. Drawing on over 20 years of experience gained from a diverse range of positions and sectors across the Supply Chain industry, Ashley looks to apply a strategic approach to the delivery of an efficient, flexible, sustainable, and customer-focussed supply chain.
Head of HR
Stacey Springthorpe
Stacey is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has over 25 years experience within Human Resources. Stacey joined the business in 2002 and is reponsible for leading the HR and Payroll team.
Head of Quality & Technical
Lee Hartley
Since earning his doctorate in food science, Lee has worked within food quality, technical and innovation for over 30 years, covering many different sectors of the food industry. Lee has been with IVC Brunel since June 2025, where he has developed and enhanced the ways of working, and also supported other functions within the business.
Lee has recently joined the team.
Business Development Coordinator
Rob Walton
Rob began his career at IVC Brunel in 2016 as an apprentice in the New Product Introduction team, where he developed core business skills and gained valuable hands-on experience. He later transitioned into Project Management, playing a key role in onboarding some of the company’s largest customers and driving successful collaborations. In 2024, Rob moved into the Business Development team, where he now focuses on expanding opportunities and helping to grow the business further.
